DALLAS STARS FOUNDATION TO MAKE $10,000 DONATION TO AID HURRICANE VICTIMS
Fans are Encouraged to Help by Making Donations at Dallas Stars Ice Breaker on Thursday

FRISCO, Tex. -- The Dallas Stars Foundation announced today that it will make a $10,000 donation to the Southeastern Louisiana Chapter (New Orleans) of the American Red Cross to assist the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Stars fans are encouraged to help by contributing a monetary donation that will be added to the total amount given. The Foundation will have a table set up at Thursday's "Dallas Stars Ice Breaker" event at American Airlines Center from 4-8 p.m. where donations will be accepted. Fans can also make a donation by sending in a check to the Stars main offices (2601 Ave. of the Stars, Frisco, TX 75034). Please make checks out to the Dallas Stars Foundation.
