FOX Sports Southwest and Dish Network are currently in a stalemate about carrying some Dallas Stars games and tonight's game vs. Toronto is one of them. If you’re a Dish Network customer in the Dallas and surrounding areas, unfortunately you will not receive all Stars telecasts aired on FOX Sports Southwest this season. FOX Sports Southwest has increased its TV schedule this year to show an all-time high 61 Stars games in 2009-10. The additional games have been made available by the network to local cable and satellite system carriers. Most distributors have decided to carry all the games, but a few have not, including Dish Network. If you are one of their customers, you will miss the following games unless Dish and FOX Sports Southwest come to an agreement:

Oct. 16 vs. Boston, 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 28 vs. Toronto, 7:00 p.m.
Nov. 18 at Detroit, 6:30 p.m.
Nov. 19 vs. Columbus, 7:30 p.m.
Nov. 27 at Phoenix, 8:00 p.m.
Dec. 3 vs. Anaheim, 7:30 p.m.
Dec. 17 at Atlanta, 6:00 p.m.
Dec. 23 vs. Columbus, 7:30 p.m.
Jan. 6 at New York Rangers, 6:00 p.m.
Jan. 8 vs. New York Islanders, 7:30 p.m.
Jan. 12 at Philadelphia, 6:00 p.m.
Jan. 14 at Montreal, 6:30 p.m.
Jan. 22 at Edmonton, 8:00 p.m.
Jan. 27 vs. Calgary, 7:30 p.m.
Feb. 4 at Columbus, 6:00 p.m.
March 4 vs. St. Louis, 7:30 p.m.
March 16 vs. San Jose, 7:30 p.m.
March 18 vs. Philadelphia, 7:30 p.m.
March 29 at Anaheim, 9:00 p.m.


FOX Sports Southwest remains ready to find a solution, but unfortunately, they don’t expect a deal anytime soon, as Dish Network has declined to negotiate with them.  If you aren’t receiving all Stars telecasts, we encourage you to contact your local provider and demand that they carry the full-schedule of games on FOX Sports Southwest.
