The division leading Stars head out on a four-game road swing against Carolina, Washington, Pittsburgh & Detroit on fire. They have earned 22 of 28 possible points so far this season and are looking to continue their rise in the standings. | 12:57 pm - In the race's final lap, Adam Burish gets black flagged and assessed a 20 second penalty. |

| 12:48 pm - As the race wound into the closing laps, Tom Wandell rubs his hands at the approaching victory. |

| 12:39 pm - Tom Wandell waves his driver (Loui Eriksson) in for a change. Team Loui (comprised of the two Swedes and team massage therapist, Cleo Bates) jumped out to a lead in Wandell's first stint and never looked back. |

| 12:55 pm - Despite a ton of questionable moves and a handful of racing incidents, no one had been black flagged, which comes with a 20-second stop and go penalty. |

| 12:11 pm - The final driver from each of the teams prepares to take the wheel. Each driver was responsible for approximately 15 laps per stint in the 135 lap race. |

| 12:06 pm - With several spins and questionable no-calls by the race marshalls, the drivers did a lot of finger pointing back in the paddock. |

| On the opening lap of the race, Mike Ribeiro spun and looked back to find his teammates cheering and jeering. |

| 11:55 am - Before qualifying began, Kari, a big race fan in his own right, admitted to being a little nervous. |

| 11:44 am - Don't let the smiles fool you, no one on the track wanted to come in second. |

| 11:42 am - Jake Dowell went visor up in an effort to let the wind blow through his moustache. |

| 11:35 am - Goalie Kari Lehtonen pilots the number 8 car, adding his name to a long list of elite Finnish drivers. |

| 11:34 am - Just as the cars roll onto the track for qualifying, Eric Nystrom answers the question, "how many feet did you have in the air while scoring your highlight reel-worthy fourth goal of the year?" |

| 11:30 am - Third times a charm. After two failed helmet attempts, Tom Wandell closes the visor on his racing helmet. |

| 11:29 am - Stephane Robidas straps up his helmet. Despite being raised in Montreal, he confessed he'd never been to Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, host of the Grand Prix du Canada, in Montreal. |

| 10:52 am - The team sits through a pre-race meeting to understand the track and the capabilities of the carts. |

| 10:09 am - The team, equipment and training staff were divided into thirteen teams of three. Vernon Fiddler was named a team captain and drafted Radek Dvorak in the first round. |

| 10:03 am - The team planned a surprise outing for the players and, as the bus rolled away from the hotel, Jason Rademan shared the news: a LaMans-style go-cart race. The winning team would get a day off from practice. |
