Letter To Fans From Club Owner Tom Gaglardi

It’s time to start the charge. Since taking over the reins of the Dallas Stars, we have spent countless hours asking you, our fans, questions and listening to some tough answers about the past and present of this organization. There was one common theme: Tickets have gotten too expensive.
So, the first thing we did as a management team was look at individual ticket prices and evaluate what we could do to respond to your feedback.
You spoke. We listened.
I am pleased to let you know that we have lowered individual ticket prices. And we’re doing it right now! Even though we are in the middle of hockey season, there is no reason to wait. We want to reward our current fan base, reach out to our former fans and welcome new fans.
We now offer a $9 ticket. That’s as affordable as going to the movies. Over 85% of the Upper Level is now available for just $25 or less…Twenty-five dollars!
We are committed to packing in the fans every night. We have rescaled the entire lower seating bowl to offer nearly two-thirds of the Lower Level at $70. Our StarsClub Premium Tickets are now available at $110. We’ve gone back to pricing from the Reunion Arena days, but with state-of-the-art amenities at American Airlines Center.
This is the first of many initiatives geared specifically to you! It is our way of saying we’re committed to the long-term success of the new Dallas Stars. There will be more to come, but this is a great start. Our ultimate goal is the Stanley Cup. We will take it one game at a time, one season at a time, until we reach that pinnacle. We want you to be there for the ride.
Come join us for a Stars game soon and enjoy the affordable prices. Bring your family and friends, and let us introduce you to the new Dallas Stars.
