12:15 pm - After practice, Daryl Reaugh talks with Richard Bachman about the shutout against the Rangers.
11:54 am - The 3-on-3 game that Coach Desjardins designed takes place between the blue lines.
11:53 am - Eric Nystrom, who has been coming to the Coliseum his whole life, sits beneath his father's number 23, which hangs in the rafters.
11:51 am - Asst. Coach Willie Desjardins draws up a game designed to help reinforce putting pucks on net.
11:50 am - Andrew Raycroft grabs a drink between drills. Raycroft looked really sharp in practice and told Mike Heika, "I'm just going to go out and play and have fun and get a couple of breaks, and hopefully it will go the other way."
11:43 am - Sheldon Souray and Steve Sumner give eachother a hard time.
11:42 am - Philip Larsen catches his breath between drills.
11:36 am - Toby Petersen watches as Coach Jerrard lays out a series of connected drills.
11:03 am - Several players opted to stay off the ice during the teams optional practice.
10:59 am - Cody Eastwood shoots a Bobby Nystrom plaque in the hallway outside the Stars dressing room. Bobby, known as Mr. Islander, is the father of Dallas Star Eric Nystrom.
