Stars Reassign Aaron Rome to Texas (AHL)

Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the team has reassigned defenseman Aaron Rome to the Texas Stars, Dallas' development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). The Stars have also activated forward Scott Glennie from injured non-roster and have assigned him to Texas (AHL).

Rome was activated from injured non-roster and assigned to Texas on Oct. 14 on a conditioning assignment. The 30-year-old defenseman recorded three shots and six penalty minutes in three games with Texas before being recalled by Dallas on Oct. 21.

The Dallas Stars host the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday, Oct. 26 at American Airlines Center. Puck drop for Saturday's contest is scheduled for 6:00 pm CT.
