Brad Jellis is in his fourth season as the team’s strength and conditioning coach after spending the 2010-11 season as the club’s assistant strength coach and rehabilitation therapist. During the 2009-10 season, Jellis was the head athletic trainer for the Texas Stars in their inaugural season in the AHL. He spent the previous two years working with Dallas’ ECHL Affiliate, the Idaho Steelheads, as the head of the training department. From 2005-2007, Jellis also worked as the head athletic trainer for the ECHL’s Fresno Falcons.
The Creston, British Columbia native obtained his master’s degree in sports science in 2004. Prior to attending Bemidji State, Jellis graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2002 with a degree in athletic training. Jellis resides in Frisco with his wife, Robin and son, Hudson.
