Dennis Soetaert begins his seventh season with the Dallas Stars, his third as assistant equipment manager. He spent the four (2006-2010) years as equipment assistant. Before joining the Stars, Soetaert, 31, spent two seasons as head equipment manager of the ECHL Columbia Inferno and one with the ECHL Florence Pride. As assistant equipment manager with the AHL Houston Aeros, Soetaert was a part of the club’s 2003 Calder Cup championship squad. Soetaert is a native of White Plains, N.Y., and resides in Frisco.
